Dance Community & Covid Safety

To be fair to all, we ask everyone attending the following:

Please show us, as a condition of & upon entry;

evidence of your negative lateral flow test result done on the same day as the event

(Nhs Text or Email or 'In App' confirmation)

and that you are showing no symptoms of covid, flu, colds or similar.

Sorry, no exceptions. This applies regardless of your jab or natural immunity status.

NB - Please take & confirm your test before arriving,

as we do not particiapate in conducting tests on the premises

as we don't want to risk the potential of virus transmission

in the unfortunate presentation of a positive test result / person on the premises. Thank you.

You can get lateral test flow result confirmation online at

or by telephone

- Dial 119, free from mobiles and landlines.

Lines are open, every day, 7am until 11pm.

See the booklet received within the box of lateral flow tests for info.

Texts are sent to your phone as soon as you've reported your result.

Tests are currently available free of charge, from local health centres, chemists and online.

Unfortunately, the risk of Covid transmission cannot be eliminated completely.

If you feel uncomfortable with the risk,

please do not attend our event until such time that you feel is right for you and your circumstances.

We thank you in advance for complying with this and helping all in the dance community,

to minimize the chance of any viral, colds & flu transmission.

Please observe the dancing communities' respectful & decent request for good hygiene.

As a member of the dance community, how can you help?
Well, clean hands matter.
You can 'do your bit' to reduce the spread of the virus
or indeed any cold & flu bugs, through good personal hygiene.
This includes:
Hand washing ( for 20 seconds) and hand sanitising during your visits.
Making use of the soap and any sanitisers available,

inc bring your own hand gels..

Please familiarise yourself with the latest Government or NHS guidance and
do not visit dance venues if you have any cold or flu symptoms or
are displaying symptoms of COVID-19 and are advised to self-isolate
Follow Government guidance if you are a returning traveller

With the efforts of everyone in the dancing community,
let's work together to keep everyone safe and healthy.

Thank you.
